I have a 35Mbps subscribed bandwidth with my ISP, if i have a QOE appliance installed with 1Gb license, what will be my expected bandwidth after the appliance?
35mbps. You should probably go to your ISP first and see if more bandwidth is available.

It is made for OPERATORS/WISPs and not to be used by the end customer.
