How to access Advanced Setting Login - cnPilot R201P?

Hi, I am wanting to access the wireless devices list to remove old unused devices. I have managed to login to the basic management at but that only gives me access to basically nothing useful (SSID & Password). How do i get to the ‘real’ settings page please.

Thank you

Hi Reece,

Only LAN host like and Wireless Network, these two list will show clients which connecting.
Those old unused devices: if they disconnected, device will not show them.

Hi Kumari, I’m trying to get the settings screen like the one below.

When i login i only see this:

I hope that makes more sense.

Hi Reece,

You are login into Basic mode (EZ mode enable) according to your second screenshot. You can see the number of clients which are connected and the utilization by them with MAC address.

You need to login into admin mode with its credentials, from admin mode you can get access to the whole list.

There are three login modes of the UI with different feature.

Basic User - It has two modes. EZ Enable Mode and EZ disable Mode

  • EZ Enable Mode:

This mode has particular options like Basic setup, WPS, health.
In Basic setup mode you have feature of configuring SSID’s, security, parental control at wireless.
WPS mode can be configured from here. In health feature you can check the number of client connected and average utilization by clients with MAC address

  • EZ disable Mode:

You see limited menu options like Status, Networks, Wireless and Administration.

Even submenu’s within them are limited, for instance Basic User->Status will have only Basic and LAN host. Wireless submenu will show only Basic and Wireless Security. Network will have only LAN and

WAN as submenu. Administration will just show Management option and you cannot upgrade the firmware image and cannot load or extract the config file. The user is however allowed to do a factory reset. The user cannot see or modify other users.

Normal User - A Normal user has more privileges than the Basic user, and is allowed more config options such as → Status, Network, Wireless, SIP, FXS1, FXS2, Security, Application and Administration.

Normal user can upgrade the firmware on the device but cannot load or extract config file. Users are allowed to create SSID’s. Normal user cannot see the Storage option and cannot access the connected Storage device. Normal user cannot see and modify rights or username password for Basic User or Admin user.

Admin User - Admin user has all the rights and privileges like a super user. The Admin user can create and modify basic and normal user account. Admin user can see the “Storage” option and can access the content of connect storage device. Admin user can load and extract config files.

Hi Kumari, thank you so much for the detailed reply, im definitely wanting to get into Admin mode. Is this on the same login page where i enter user and pass for EZ mode or do i access it somewhere else? If so is there a generic user/pass.

Hi Reece,

Device has single login page but based on the credentials different UI will be displayed.
In your case, your credentials are for basic user hence you are seeing basic UI.

For administrator account please confirm your credentials with your ISP.
By default username: admin, password: admin

For changing your default credentials you can navigate to Administration > management > administration settings.
user type: admin user. And save and reboot.
