How to Change the Logo SM ???

Hello,

At the exit, a manual way to change the logo (canopy) of SM for a logo created or changed the name of my company,
Follow the procedures did not work, ask for help for this procedure!

As I understand the manual there are two steps:
1 - put the jpg file changed within the SM with these commands:
ftp 169.254.1.1
Connected to 169.254.1.1
220 FTP server ready
Name (169.254.1.1: none): root
331 Guest login ok
Password: <password-if-configured>
230 Guest login ok, access Restrictions apply.
ftp> binary
200 Type set to I
ftp> put canopy.jpg
ftp> quit
221 Goodbye

Step 2 Delete the old logo and put the new with these commands:

easier to just open windows explorer and copy and replace the canopy.jpg file, or advantage.jpg if you have advantage radios… this is how we do it for ppl who might see thier SM page due to nat… its best to keep the customers away from the radio period if you can.

How do you get into the radio through Windows Explorer?

login and replace the files

I had already tried that…

I had to wind up doing ftp://user:password@device_ip/

That got me in.

This is for 7.3.6 version?
Have anyone done this on blue version software?
