We don't have any such support and I have not come across any such support by any other vendor too. I understand what you are asking for is just redirect once to given URL and then give client complete internet access after that first redirection. Please do remember that lot of smart devices launch HTTP traffic in background and they keep getting redirected and adding such solution is quite tricky and will not work for all devices and under all circumstances.
