how to host "Click through terms" to external server

So I tried to host the source code of "Click through terms" to external server, but its not working like built in AP.

I need to customize the "Click through terms" page as per my customer request.

Are you trying to host the content of the "Terms and Agreement" to some external server ? Also, can you please share the AP techdump which will help us in understanding the config.
