How to manually upgrade an XV/XE series AP

Summary: This article describes how to manually upgrade the XV series Aps through the Aps Web Management Interface (WMI).

  1. Log in to the AP via the Web Management Interface by loading its IP address in a Web browser.

  1. From the Menu system on the left hand side, click the Operations option and under Fimware Update, choose the appropriate upgrade image and then select Upgrade Firmware.

  1. When the Upgrade has started, you will see a progress notification and a completion notification.

  1. Select Reboot in the top right corner to complete the upgrade.
