How to onboard ePMP 1000 on cloud?

I have follow these step to onboard but it is fail.

ePMP 1000 can’t connect to cloud ,How to fix it?

Hi,
Try cloud.cambiumnetworks.com instead of https://cloud.cambiumnetworks.com
Also check the DNS Server IPs configured correctly under Configuration>>Networks

Hi,

what about DNS server IP ? Are you able to reach cloud.cambiumnetworks.com from ping tool as below,
Also I can see SM is not connected to AP. Pls ensure radio IP connectivity to Internet.
