You can delete the device from the dashboard it self.

Please refer to the screen shot once and let me know if it works.

how can I disassociate my CAMBIUM CNpilot E400 that a former employee associated with his personal account and we no longer have any contact. Should I throw it in the trash and buy it again? do you have any practical method to associate with a new account?
