How to reset 450b to factory default

Hi I have bought pmp 450b used, but I don't know if, user and password I'll try to reset it but didn't work. How can I fix it?

I have forwarded this to support. Where do you plan to install this one?

A 450b or 450i radio can be reset to default IP address of 169.254.1.1 by powering the unit up, then removing the power for a quick one second, then back in. Ping 169.254.1.1 and when it responds open up http://169.254.1.1 and click on default boot.

I’m stuck. We can’t seem to get the radio into recovery using this method. 450b 3Ghz. Is there some trick?

why is there not a factory reset button on these radios???

Anyone else figure this out? I have a radio that puked when we tried to upload the config and now we cannot access it. This method doesn’t allow us into recovery mode.

The official instructions are here:

If that’s not working for you, please raise a support ticket.
