Summary:
This article presents configuring static IP address for cnMatrix switch from cnMaestro switch groups.
Prerequisite:
The cnMatrix switch version must be 3.0 or above to support Switch Groups.
Steps:
1) Create a Switch Group by navigating to Configuration > Switch Groups.
2) Configure DNS server addresses from Switch Groups > Management tab.
3) Configure Default Gateway address from Switch Groups > Network tab.
4) Navigate to Configuration page > select the Switch Group and expand the Advanced Settings section >
VLAN Interface > click on Edit button.
5) Now disable DHCP Client flag then configure required IP Address and Netmask, click on Update button
6) Click on Apply Configuration.
