How to tell if cnmatrix switch is powering down port or if radio is rebooting

I can’t really tell from the abysmal logging in the cnmatrix if it’s rebooting a port. Or if the 4500 ap is doing it on it’s own.. Is there a “good” way to tell?

what model of Matrix?

tx2020r unit. I can’t find the poe info on any of the stats, that actually tell me if the power was powered up or down as a logged item..

Understood, reason I ask is that I have a TX2012RP poe randomely rebooting everything that is powered by the switch. I submitted a ticket to Cambium.

I may just put a power brick in there to stop this nonsense.. I have no faith in the POE portion of cambium switches.

I’ve found 48V works fine. 24V on the cnMatrix needs the port cycled every few months (at least). For 24V devices I use 48V now and use a 48V to 24V POE converter. This has been solid for a couple of years now. I’ve never had any issue with 48V on any cnMatrix model with hundreds deployed.

We put a poe puck in there. And it’s still rebooting. So, must be a bad 4500.. URGH…
