Maybe I’ve missed it, but will link planner allow you to adjust humidity levels?
You haven’t missed anything. LINKPlanner does not allow you to adjust humidity levels. It uses the ITU-R P.837-7 global Digital Map of Rainfall Rate Exceeded for 0.01% of an Average Year, which is in 0.125 degree steps in both latitude and longitude, to automatically find the rainfall rate for the location of the link.
You can adjust the availability of the link where an availability of higher than 99.99% will give the link tolerance to higher rainfall rates or accepting a lower availability will reduce the amount of rainfall rate that can be tolerated.
