I can't access the admin page... R200P

I've tried http://192.168.11.1 and https://192.168.11.1

I've tried clicking the link in the online instructions

I've enter the IP address manually

My browser says it cannot open the page because the server isn't responding...

I've tried a hard reset

How do I access the admin page for the modem/ router cnPilot R200P?

I don’t know how to explain my setup… I have the R200P being fed by Cable Onda’s dish / cable into my house. I have my Mac computer wired to the modem via ethernet.
 
I have a feeling that the problem is on my service provider’s end. 
 
I have internet and wifi coming from the router / modem but I have not been able to create an new user account or email through Cable Onda.
I think this creates an issue with permissions and DNS. Could that be why I can’t access the User Interface on the modem?

Do you have teamviewer on your Mac computer ?  Can I access it ? 

 If Yes , can you  send details to my mail id: nileshkumar.singh@cambiumnetworks.com ?  Whenever you are available I can login and check  if its issue with  router  .

Note for all: This may be as simple as clearing cookies or try using another browser to access the router, as I have had this issue before with routers and ePMP radios.

On your machine, go to the command prompt and run: "ipconfig/all" and see what IP is being pulled on the LAN or WLAN interface of your machine. This will help you be sure that your machine is on the same subnet as the router.
