IP Limitation on Firmware 6.6.0.3-r9 for XV2-T1 and XV2-T0 Devices

Dear Cambium Support Team,

I am reaching out to report an issue we’ve encountered with the recently released firmware version 6.6.0.3-r9 for the XV2-T1 and XV2-T0 models. Although the firmware documentation claims to support up to 1024 users per WLAN, it appears that there is an IP limitation preventing more than 512 users from connecting to the WLAN simultaneously.

Specifically, it seems the firmware is restricting IP leases to a maximum of 512 addresses per WLAN, effectively limiting connectivity and preventing us from reaching the advertised 1024-user capacity.

Could you please investigate this discrepancy and advise if there is a patch or update available to resolve this limitation? Additionally, any guidance on interim solutions would be greatly appreciated, as we have an immediate need to support higher user densities.

Thank you for your assistance in addressing this issue.

@Codemancm , the 1024 clients is per AP, not per WLAN. I checked the user guide and the data sheet, and I could not find a mention of 1024 per WLAN. Can you please give the reference where you saw the limit of 1024 per WLAN?
