I’ve got a customer that had a 900mHz unit. They called with the usual page cannot be displayed complaint. I went out to their house and could not log onto the radio html page. When I go to login through 169.254.1.1 the connection just times out. It says cable is connected and all that just can’t log into it. Is the radio “dead”? I replaced the radio btw and the customer has service now if you’re wondering.
Nevermind I have found the solution. it wasn’t dead I just reset to factory with the RJ11 jack and it works fine. Sorry I’m still a noob in some aspects.
