Issue with serial number

Today we installed a new antenna out of the box and found that it is missing the serial number in the GUI.

Please tell me how this can be fixed without replacing the antenna?

yes - same issue 100%. Today we started using on new installations and I have two antennas with the same problem.

Other antennas that have already been connected to cnMaestro and upgraded remotely are working well.
