Issues with Option 82 on PMP 450

Has anyone had issues with PMP 450 and Option 82? Nearly all of our bridged PMP 450 SMs get Option 82 fields attached (circuit-ID and remote-ID) by the AP just fine but there are a handful of subs whose public IP does not have any option 82 fields attached.

I’ve tried removing the lease from the Mikrotik DHCP server, rebooting the SM and waiting for the customer router to renew their IP and that has fixed the majority but there are a few stubborn ones. The problem customers are across multiple different APs. Firmware 20.2 and AP is set to only insert Option 82. The Mikrotik DHCP server that passes lease info into billing software.

Has anyone seen this before? If so, any fixes for it? Thank you.
