So we have what the box and label say is a XD4-240, however, the UI says XD2-240 and 2 of the IAP’s are disabled (without the ability to enable them)…
Seems very odd to me. Any ideas?
Hi Chris, sorry about the issue you are facing. This sounds like a bad unit but first, can you please post output from CLI commands “show iap all” and “show system-info” or email the command output to me at gary.hansen@cambiumnetworks.com. If it is easier just create a diagnostic log and send that to me. Thanks.
