Ive just tried out this tool and found it to be very helpful…
i would suggest a quick release of the corresponding tool for the rest of the canopy line, with options to include whether reflector dishes are used or not…
I suppose this may be something that will come in the future - MAYBE. The Link Estimater Tool is something that was adopted from Orthogon Systems - the OEM of the 30/60/150/300 Mbps Backhauls. These are just the Gemini and Spectra radios rebranded - they also did this for the Link Tool. Now that Motorola has acquired Orthogon, they may spend some tiem adopting good tools / practices / technologies to the rest of the Canopy line. Although, don’t hold your breath. Motorola has a lot of projects on the go and this may not even be a twinkle in someones eye.
