Buen dia grupo, alguien sabe a que se deve que se cae en enlace por segundos? Llevo año y medio con el enlace y empezó a hacer eso hace 2 meses, son 5.5 km, la linea de vista esta libre, no hay obstaculos la frecuencia esta libre, estoy en la 6425, lo tengo con antenas Jirous de 32 dbi por que enteriormente estava a 10 km.

Good day everyone, does anyone know why the link keeps dropping for a few seconds? I’ve had the link for a year and a half and it started doing this two months ago. It’s 5.5 km away, the line of sight is clear, there are no obstacles, the frequency is clear, I’m on 6425 MHz, and I’m using 32 dBi Jirous antennas because previously it was 10 km away.

it shows uptime 16 min only. So the unit was rebooted.
It can be due to a power grid fluctuation, interference or something SW related.

I suggest you to Raise Ticket in the top right of this page. Our engineer will assist you to isolate it.

notas que afecta el rendimiento? a mi me ha pasado con 4600C y 400C pero la grafica de consumo no se cae.

What he means is that the link quality (uplink) goes to 0%… it has also happened to me with equipment from the AX line.

Se eleva el ping en ese momento pero si se mantiene la gráfica de consumo.

@Cristhian_Jimenez_Di it is barely possible to understand what is going on without seeing it.
At least in a techsupport file.
Please Raise Ticket in the top right of this page. And attach techsupport files from Master and Slave. GUI >> Tools >> Backup / Restore >> Backup Technical Support File
