Link question

I currently have an AP to SM in 900MHZ. Both these are utilizing 14DBI yagis. The configuration is basically point to point. They are 4.9 miles apart through some trees. About 70 percent of the lower zone is blocked.

Since Moto is having issues supplying APs at the moment I am thinking of replacing the yagi on the AP end with an 11 DBI omni until I get another AP. I know this is not much information without path analysis, etc. However, does anyone think this might work?

My AP reports the following for the SM:
RSSI (Avg/Last): 1200/1196 Jitter (Avg/Last): 3/2 Power Level (Avg/Last): -81/-81

Session Status REGISTERED
RSSI 1391
Jitter 2
Air Delay 173 (approximately 4.82 miles (25431 feet))
Radio Slicing Value 569 (decimal)
Radio Transmit Gain Setting 14 (decimal)
Radio Temperature 30°C/85°F
Radio Power Level -77 dBm
