LINKPlanner Mac version corrupted

Hi,

I downloaded 5.1.0 today, but cannot open it. I get the following error message:

Which basically means LINKPlanner has been corrupted, and cannot be opened...

The dmg itself is OK, it mounted fine.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Peter

Hi Peter,

MacOS is causing us quite a few issues at the moment. A couple of users have seen this error, even though the error may not appear on a different machine running the same version of MacOS.

Try the following:

- Open Console

- Run the command:

xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine <LINKPlanner.app file path>

E.g.:

xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/LINKPlanner.app

Thanks,

Andy

Thanks Andy!

Thank goodness! With no previous version I was bleek.

I have tried it on different Mac PC doc and Version 5.1.0 is not allowed to be installed. It always appears to the "File damaged" warning

Gerardo

Hi Gerado,

Have you tried the xattr fix mentioned above?

Thanks,

Andy
