I love the product and moved to the 450 platform a few years back from Radwin 5000 . Now that we have a network we need parts to maintain and I have not been able to get parts from our supplier, which keeps getting pushed back.
With that said, I understand the company is going through a transition at this time, however we need some communication on parts, supply chains , delivery forecasts etc? As network operators we have the right to this information so that we can make responsible decisions for our networks. I feel as though the communication in this area has been lacking. Again, we love the product which is rock solid but we need some guidance on these supply chain issues.
