Is it just under the bell in front of that stone railing? Very hard to tell, which is the sign of an amazing camouflage job!

There's another Medusa on another side.

Normally we install them inside the "Bell chamber" but in this case the Bell's tower was too much small for the "greatness" of a Medusa, so we have used our intellect :D :D
