Hi everyone, I have a wifi topology where I use two Base Mesh to distribute wifi signals to other four Mesh clients on my first deployment three mesh clients were connected to cnMaestro and were providing internet access except one AP, I resynchronized the one which was offline the all went offline although I was able to pig them and access them by their public IP. I later decided to reset all client APs and reconfigure them now I can only ping two of them but all are offline in cnMaestro please help.
These APs are managed from the cloud cnMaestro. If yes, are you able to ping to cloud.cambiumnetworks.com. Can you share your MESH base and MESH client APs techdump along with the network topology, we shall be able to help.
