I have a problem with 2 APs which are spread over 2 floors of the building.
When switching from AP 192.168.55.100 to network 101 there is disconnection and reconnection (with fast roaming and without). When returning from AP 101 to 100 (does not disconnect - usually) on the device 101 there is an entry about the client that is already on the device 100. Shows his mac address and SNR 6 or 7. When I go from 101 to 100, I can't ping / web / ssh to device 101 until I return to it or wait about 10 minutes. Reducing power has changed nothing. What can be the reason for disconnection when switching between APs.
Hi ,
from the picture, client WLAN is enabled on both 2.4 and 5Gh on 192.168.55.100 AP , but in 192.168.55.101 , client WLAN is enabled only on 5 Ghz. It could be possible that client is connected to 2.4 Ghz when connected to 55.100 and when roams, since 55.101 do not have 2.4 Ghz enabled, it fails to connect and then tries to connect in 5Ghz and succeeds. Vice versa, since the roaming happens on 5Ghz, there is no disconnection.
Please enable 2.4 GHz on 55.101 AP and check client roams seemlessly.

Anand
I turned on 2G, but it doesn't change anything. I have enabled the aggressive mode of switching to 5G, the phone usually shifts from 5GHz to 5GHz. Even if I have both 2 & 5 bands, I switch between APs with disconnection between them :( I have installed soft 3.11.4-r9. Anyone else have any ideas or just BUG? In Aruba I never had such problems on mesh :(
can you share the techsupport from both the AP's on this ID anv100@cambiumnetworks.com
or please add me to your cnMaestro account , I'll have a look and respond
