Trying to run PRTG Traffic Grapher as a test.
Have a Compaq Presario 120 Laptop directly connected to an SM via a patch cable.
I have hard coded an IP on both the laptop and module and can access the firmware
When I run the software I get the following error message: "(Not connected: Socket Error 10060) Sorry, No MIB2 compatible ports ere found on this device
Are there any MIB2 ports on the Sm?
TIA
PRTG will not work with canopy equipment.
As it doesnt support snmpv2 yet.
