Migrar setor com AP Ubiquiti para AP ePMP 3000 de forma remota

Olá!

Pessoal estamos estudando a migração da rede para Cambium. Adquirimos um AP ePMP 3000 para testes. Tenho o seguinte senário:
Um setor com 30 clientes utilizando equipamentos da Ubiquiti (airGrid) e Mikrotik (Sxt Lite5) conectados a um AP Ubiquiti.

Minhas dúvidas são:
1-) Posso subir o AP que está na torre por um AP ePMP 3000, conectar os clientes com os equipamentos deles (Ubiquiti e Mikrotik) sem alteração e migrar para o Elevate remotamente?

2-) Caso não seja possível, posso primeiramente instalar o firmware Elevate nos clientes remotamente, mantendo eles conectados no AP antigo e depois apenas mudar para o AP ePMP 3000?

3-) Caso não seja possível nenhuma das duas formas. É possível migrar o setor sem precisar ir cliente por cliente e atualizar o firmware para Elevate, depois de mudar para o AP ePMP 3000?

Última coisa, alguém pode disponibilizar o software Device Elevator?

Elevate software is available at http://support.cambiumnetworks.com but it does not cover all available hardware. Check the archive tab to find more firmwares for UBNT equipment.
Elevate requires a firmware change that is best done from on site.

You can place the 3000 AP above/below the existing UBNT AP and migrate SMs via Elevate or change the SM. Since you only have 10 Elevate licenses per AP (no able to buy more now), consider Elevate a stop gap to move a very limited number of clients to epmp.

This is my opinion:
You would be better to change the sector to all epmp and not even use elevate. Thankfully the Force300 radios are compatible with the UBNT power supply. I am not sure which mikrotik power supplies you have as there are some that are not compatible and personally would not chance it. So you can do a simple SM swap and the client does not even have to be there for it for UBNT equipment swaps.
