Migration of devices from damaged on-premise cnmaestro due to total loss to a new on-premise cnmaestro

The on-premise cnmaestro got corrupted and I couldn’t restore it.

I have reinstalled an on-premise cnmaestro and associated it to the same Cloud Anchor account.

But all the devices say:

Device is mapped to another On-Prem instance under the current Cloud Anchor account.

What should I do to release them?

Hi @micampo ,

Devices in Anchor account is mapped to older on-premises.
Navigate to Anchor account → Manage Instances → On-Prem Instances and delete the older on-premises instance. This will remove the association with device and older on-premises .
