Missing Data in cnMaestro Cloud caused by AWS Outage

You may notice some missing data during the time window from 14:00 UTC on October 20, 2025, to 4:00 UTC on October 21, 2025, due to the AWS outage. Amazon has provided details about this severe outage here: https://aws.amazon.com/message/101925/.

The missing data cannot be recovered as communication problems caused by AWS outages prevented cnMaestro from receiving and storing the data in some cases, and in some other cases, taking a backup from one medium to another. You may notice missing data in areas like client dashboards, graphical reports, performance graphs, events, and alarms.

If you encounter missing data or inaccuracies in aggregation for time periods within this time window, it can be attributed to the impact of the aforementioned AWS outage. Unfortunately, no corrective actions can be implemented. We are taking measures in our architecture to mitigate data loss in the event of similar failure conditions recurring in the future.
