I'm migrating to Elevete, I select MNMGT's Vlan box on Elevator 17, and it does not apply to Radio. Only applies to Data Vlan. need help!!!

Are you using 17.351 version of Device Elevator?
Yes, I tested both 17.351 and 18.352. And it did not work on both .
It is by design.
Device Elevator is not intended to enable secondary management interface on SM!
If source unit is in NAT mode then DATA vlan will be applied for data and management traffic as there is only single WAN interface enabled on SM by default. If source device is bridge then both: management and data vlan can be applied during elevation process.
