I am newer to canopy and have been experiencing an outage of sorts. I can see traffic through my core router but am unable to determine if traffic is passing from an individual sm.
I think I have a few sms that are ‘quiet’. I can log into them but after that how can I determine if they are passing traffic.
units are 900smc with advantage 10.3.1
I have been looking under stats at nat stats and packets and see a few packets. (ten or so every 5 min???)
