Monitor/Wireless Shows No Clients Connected

One of our 4600 APs just stopped showing any clients connected when looking at the Monitor–>Wireless page. The clients are connected and Registered Subscriber Modules shows 13 clients connected. But nothing shows up in the list of clients.

I also tried to download the Technical Support File and that failed.

Then, my browser screen said that Connectivity was lost and to refresh the browser.

Then I couldn’t get back into the AP for a little while (a couple of minutes, maybe).

When I could get back into the 4600, it had rebooted. Now it only shows 12 clients connected but everything looks good.

Apparently, the ‘13’ clients that it showed was not correct. There are actually only 12 clients on this AP. So something was messed up where the count was off and so the Wireless List wouldn’t populate. That makes sense to me from a software standpoint. Trying to download the Technical Support File seems to have triggered a reboot of the radio (maybe?) and after a reboot, it’s all good again.

Has anyone else seen anything like this?

What was the software version installed on the 4600 AP?
