hello all
im using canopy AP and SM (5700) for point to point connectivity between two offices…the distance between them is approx 5 km …the line of sight is clear but somehow the AP cannot provide powerful signals to the SM. when i put load on it ,it gives timeouts …ive tried changing the moodules as well but it didnt worked…should i change the frequency or wht?
if anyone knows abt this plz respond ASAP

are you using a dish on the sm end? it usually is needed for a solid connection
I agree with md… usually at around 3 miles is when outside interference can get tricky,…
