Moving profiles between organisations

Greetings Cambium Community

There are multiple databases to get on to multiple Cambium sites as noted here:

I had a registration with my personal email on at least one site community.cambiumnetworks.com.
On advice I moved all my activity to my work email which is that of a Cambium reseller. On that work alias I have completed a number of certifications.

My question is, should I move jobs can I take that profile/certs with me?
How do I do that?
