as suggested by mixig, you have 2 option
1. on cnpilot ap remove tag configuration for native vlan 10 or
2. configure vlan 10 as tagged in cisco switch
if you decide to use option 1, on ap you can keep vlan 1 and add other vlans as tagged vlans. the solution should work
