Need help updating ePMP1000

Hi dear all,

I am trying to update an ePMP1000, I downloaded the version of CNUT (last, 4.9.18), the actual version of my ePMP1000 is 2.3.4

I download the packages

Software Release 2.6.1 and Software realease 2.5 but I couldn't update, I got the next log:

you have to step trough v2.6 before 2.6.1+

ok, I undestarnd .... but my actual version is 2.3.4 and I tried with 2.5 that lower than 2.6 and I had the same erro

Hello,

Can you ping the CNUT ip from the ePMP radio? Your CNUT ip could be in a different subnet than the ePMP radio (192.168.1.X/24 vs 192.168.0.X/24). If the ePMP radio cannot reach CNUT, it won't be able to download the software package.

Actually I can ping the epmp and also I redefine the snmp so when I rediscover the NE I found the epmp but still can't not upgrade, I had to upgrade from webpage using the .tar file (epmp1000 and force180)  no problem, but using CNUT imposible
