Did someone experienced any issues with QoS on 2.0.1 / 2.0.2 versions? I can’t upgrade the setup at the moment because the SM get lost and just opened a support case.
What happened in our case was that with an underused link (about 1M of usage out of 30M) we where having massive issues with VoIP, ping latency, etc… (our voip traffic isn’t DSCP tagged)
After disabling the QoS (it had only the default settings) all is back to normal with lower latency and proper voip quality

This is not normal. QoS settings should not affect throughput or latency in a negative fashion. It should in fact help. If you haven’t heard from our support engineers on this issue, please let me know and I will follow up.
