Buen dia, esas configuraciones ya las realice y sigue marcando lo mismo

Are you using a proxy server? If so, pay attention to this statement:

LINKPlanner only supports “HTTP Basic” authentication, so if the proxy requires anything else, LINKPlanner cannot connect. This is most often caused by a setting with Microsoft’s proxy server, which by default only supports NTLM authentication.

If your network settings are correct (after testing the network in the LINKPlanner Options) and your email address and access token are correct (also verified in the Options panel), then your ISP is probably intercepting the HTTP profile requests and inserting junk into the response. If you look in the LINKPlanner log files you may be able to see the message that they insert.

To locate the log files, press Windows Key + R and type “%APPDATA%\LINKPlanner” in the Open box and click “OK”.

Send all of your log files to linkplanner@cambiumnetworks.com. If file extensions are hidden, remember to include “cambium_linkplanner”.
