I’ve got a 4625 SM that will not switch to Fixed Client for the AFC.

It’s showing this:

Not provisioned device, please contact support

What does this mean?

Hi,

This indicates that the AFC token, necessary for communication with the AFC server, is missing on your device. Please reach out to the Cambium Support Team for assistance in resolving this issue.

Devices missing the AFC token will be automatically provisioned through cnMaestro Cloud once version 5.1.1 is released.

Is there an ETA for the cloud to be upgraded to 5.1.1???

I was told that it will be updated to 5.1.1 no later than the end of August 2024.
