In my network, I’m using PTP500 and PTP400 that I want to monitor this on my PRTG but I don’t see a OID of this equipement of your website.
Where can I have a OID of PTP500 05-02 and PTP400 09-02 ?

Normally OID is "object identifier". Each object in the MIB has a unique OID. The MIB is collection of many objects. Could you be a bit more specific about what you're looking for?
Are you looking for the complete MIB for 500-05-02 and 400-09-02? These are included in the firmware packages that you can download from the Cambium website.
