Is there a way to automatically make daily backups of the E2E Controller or would we have to do this manually?
We will add this as part of our roadmap, but if you want to schedule backup for now you can use the built-in feature of your virtual server (if you using ESXi or any other tool), they have automatic snapshot backup of the VM, that way you will always have the backup of the disk.
