Onboard fault

I have an ap (cnpilot e400) and i deleted it from the cnmaestro. I tried to onboard it again from the device interface but the ap is not appears in onboard screen of the maestro. I tried too the claim device option but i got the following message 'Info: 1 Serial Number(s) already claimed. Please onboard these devices, if not onboarded yet.' and of course the ap is still not appear on the onboard screen. Any help would be appreciated.

Please contact customer support with your devices serial number and MAC address.  They will be able to determine under what account the device is claimed and get this resolved.

Magically the above problem solved by it self..
