I recently updated to version 5.2.0 of cnMaestro on premise, and after doing so, I have a completely blank page when the “Devices” tab is selected.
Anyone know how I can remedy this?
Are there any errors in the browser developer tools console when you see this?
Do you get the same result if you try a different browser?
Annoyingly, cnmaestro does only display tables inside Firefox. Chrome is blank.
So it is a browser issue, but why? Does anyone else have issues with this in Chrome or is it just me?
I don’t have an On-Premises instance to test, but the Onboard Devices page looks fine to me on cnMaestro Cloud in Chrome (actually Chromium v136.0.7103.113 on Linux)
What operating system are you using, and what is your Chrome version?
Could you try clearing your browser cache? Also, do the Chrome developer tools show any error messages (press F12 to bring them up).
I was pretty sure I had done this once, but I can see I must not have… because after actually clearing the cache, I’m now able to see able to see all tables.
