I have been trying to onboard a cnMatrix device and it keeps showing waiting for approval as the onboarding status even when the device is powered up.
is there anyone that has faced same issue?
And what step did you take to restore it to normal?
Upgrade manually firmware from webgui. It will solve the problem.
I think u have very old firmware on this switch
