As you can see before taken from the swagger interface to invalidate it being on my side...
In below example requesting limit 5 with offset of anything (example 5), reports in the response that offset = 0 always
However it does appear to actually handle the offset as the responses are different but means the script/program needs to track offset and ignore the offset that the API is responding.
