Is anyone using this for Canopy products?
I have been demoing it for about 2 weeks now and the Service Desk option is AWESOME… but I am having some issues with the monitoring portion of it…

Personally I am using The Dude from Mikrotik with absolutely no problems after a little tweaking, which by the way is free, to monitor our entire canopy network.
