Would painting an SM interfere at all with the signal? Is there a certain type of paint I should use? I am curious about this because I would like to make the SM more concealed.
As long as the paint does not have any metallic fleck in it, you should be ok. If you do experience any issues, you can order a dummy SM from Motorola.
