Q1 Is it correct to say item 1 in the screenshot “Part No” positively identifies this piece of hardware?
Q2 Are items 4 and 5 serial numbers of some sort?

Yes, 1 is the part number. 2 is the model. 4 is the MSN, which is the serial number and can be used for onboarding in cnMaestro or if it’s 3GHz, CBSD registration. and 5 is the MAC address.
