Passive PoE Power Inserter for Force 180 with DC input

I'm trying to find a PoE power inserter that will work with Force 180 devices that operates from a 12 or 24VDC supply and works beyond the standard 0 - 40 C commercial temperature range.  An industrial temp range (-20 - +85 C) would be preferred, but I'm willing to compromise.

I found this power inserter from Tycon:

Would this work with the Force 180?  Based on what I've read about the Force 180 ethernet port pinout, it appears the gigibit version from Tycon should work, assuming that data is also transmitted on pins 4, 5, 7, and 8.  I know Tycon has another version with a slower 10/100 ethernet port where only power is on pins 4/5/7/8 (no data), but I want to retain the gigibit connection to the Force 180.  Am I making the correct assumptions?  If anybody has any better suggestions, I'd love to hear them.  Thanks!

Hi Steve,

Yes, this will work. You are correct, since Force 180 supports Gigabit, you want to stick to this one instead of the 10/100 power supply.
